Travelling by car
From the A27 take the Shoreham/ Steyning A283 exit. Exit towards Steyning along the A283. After approx. 3 miles you will reach a roundabout, take the first exit. Travel 1.5 miles further and you will reach a larger roundabout. Take the second exit towards Steyning town centre (Clays Hill). Travel along Clays Hill towards the town centre until you reach a mini-roundabout.
Turn left immediately after the mini roundabout onto Sheep Pen Lane (before the White Horse Pub). Keep Straight onto Newham Lane (i.e. do not turn right). Travel along Newham lane for around half a mile.
Just before the road starts to narrow at the end of the residential area take the private lane on the right in front of the house you can see in the left image. Travel along the private lane, past the allotments on the left until you reach the end.
Travelling by foot
There's a few options for reaching Pepperscombe Farm by foot from Shoreham-by-Sea. You can either take a cab from the train station (cost approx: £15 - £20). Or you can take the number 2 bus from Shoreham High Street. The bus runs every hour and you can find the time tables here:

Step off the bus at the church street stop and head towards the White Horse pub. Then follow the directions written above.
If you have time you can also walk along the old railway line to reach us. It's a beautiful walk and takes around 2 hours.
